The Mpango wa Kando, here-in called project, has agreed fully with the following terms from me, here-in called Project Financier. These terms and conditions are subject to change depending on size of the project and financial requirements of such Projects.
1) THAT the project is of sound mind AT ALL TIMES and will not along the way develop some madness condition called I-want-to-be-your-wife-siosis!
2) THAT the project financier will only finance the project if the he is accruing benefits from the project and that such finances will be directly proportional to the quality and quanity of such benefits.
3) THAT any products emanating from acts between Project and Project financier WILL BE the responsibility of project financier for the duration during which the project is valid and undergoing.
4) THAT the project may accompany the Project financier to high profile events as the Project financier may wish and BEHAVE in such engagements.
5) THAT the project financier may from time to time employ services of an oversight team to oversee the progress of the project in various areas.
6) THAT the project may acquire finances from another financier in a clever and professional way without release of any benefits to any such third party financier.
7) That the project may sit back and wait for finances when they are diverted to fund more urgent projects especially one-day projects, short-term ones and previously abandoned projects that might have now become more viable.
8) That ANY physical damages on the PROJECT will be avoided at all costs by project. Please note;
a) Such damages may lead to abandonment of project for more appealing projects.
b) Project financier may be forced to work on the project during night shifts only to avoid the pain of seeing damages on his once beautiful project.
9) THAT the project may receive houses or vehicles from the project financier throughout the project period and that SUCH ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED upon completion of such projects and abandonment of such projects and that such items upon return should be IN GOOD WORKING CONDITION.
10) That the project financier may from time to time decide to change positions while working on the project and the project has to comply in adopting such positions as directed by Project Financier. Some of those positions may require special fitness and the Project must therefore always be fit and flexible enough to adopt such postions.
So who wants the title, THE PROJECT, under me as the PROJECT FINANCIER?
